I'm trying out Diphenhydramine (Benadryl, Sominex) to help my PPS fatigue, and it seems to be working.  Crazy, I know, but taking 50 mg in the morning makes me LESS TIRED in the afternoon.  I kind of happened on this by accident, but a web search bears out that this drug is often prescribed for fatigue and related symptoms, and there is some sound theory behind it.

(Understand that I'm NOT talking about taking the drug to improve sleep, but rather to directly improve alertness.)
