In my 20,s I loved to dance and go camping. I was always trying hard to keep up with everyone.I was a nurse so I was on my feet alot. Then the last 5 years of working I forced myself to walk out the front door and put one foot in front of the other to go to work because every evenib when I left work I was afraid I wouldn't make it to my car.
