Welcome to PolioToday Jane. I help make the videos for our site. I am in the process of editing a video about a woman who does Yoga and Pilates to help balance her core muscles. It will hopefully be up on the site in the next few weeks. Do you have the ability to share your story on video?

I have been doing yoga for 30 years and it has helped with mobility and flexibility. Also, the deep and conscious breathing with the yoga is very beneficial.
