Polio Regina
Please describe how polio has changed your life.
My left leg is weaker than my right leg. I have very little strength in my left toes. I walk with a limp. Otherwise I am the same as anyone else.
How did you find out about PolioToday.org?

Congratulations on adding your group to PT.org, Ivan. I hope it becomes as helpful in communicating with your members and bringing them closer together as having the San Diego Polio Survivors online here has been for us!

Hi Ivan:
Welcome to our site. The last time I was in Regina was in 1989. I was riding a bus as part of a bicycle ride I took part way across Canada. We were running out of time and the weather was so hot we rode a bus from Winnipeg to Calgary. I only spent an hour in Regina. I really liked the downtown.

My left leg is greatly affected by polio and I also walk with a limp. However, my right leg kicks ass and I ride my bike - - sometimes like a crazy man.

Again, welcome.
