Maybe not so much until PPS started. But, I wonder if I would have achieved as much if I weren't somewhat of a "Type A" Polio survivor. It seems a common thread that Polio Survivors are more "Type A" than laid back.
What do you think? Would you be who are and accomplished what you did if you hadn't had Polio?
How did you find out about PolioToday.org?
Can't remember, but probably from one of the groups on Yahoo.

I just saw your post. Where do you live in RI? I'm in Warwick, although I've been in Ft. Lauderdale for the past week plus. Actually attended a Post Polio meeting with a very active group in Boca Raton. That was the first time I've been with such a large group of polio people. Will be back in RI this week.
