♥ Capital Polio Assoc.♥ Valentine Party ♥ this Tue. 6-8p live music & Dr. Sarah Amick. ph 766-3555

Friends - won't you be our Valentine?
Tuesday is the day (Feb 15) for Capital Polio Association's Annual Valentine Celebration at the regular time and place - 6-8pm Select Specialty Hospital, Boardroom/Cafeteria 1554 Surgeons Drive (off Miccosukee Rd, near TMH).
All are cordially invited to this fun event with live music (provided by Chuck Nuzzo), wonderful food, and a great speaker - Dr. Sarah (Tippy) Amick, who will present on Colors - "How They Affect Your Attitude and Health!"   Dr. Amick has spent much of her career working with Vocational Rehabilitation as the statewide VR training Director.  She always involves the audience in her presentations leaving everyone laughing and filled with good information. We give you a 'money back guarantee' you won't leave without a smile feeling good about the evening and she shared. P.S. Dr. Amick gained her nickname, "Tippy" because she always imparts such great tips to those she knows.
There will be prizes all around - handouts on the latest Post Polio Managment tips, and great desserts to celebrate V-Day. A dinner donation of $7 is requested, but not required.  Reservations are encouraged - phone 766-3555. But if you decide at the last minute to attend don't worry we always plan for extra and feel free to bring guests - all are welcome.  Chuck Nuzzo, our maestro extraordinaire will provide music and we have many surprises planned to make this an unforgettable evening. Plan now to be there, and bring friends.
Excitement and romance is in the air - and we want to share it with all of you during this Valentine Week because we love you , each and everyone!
NOTE: For those who have already responded we appreciate it and ask that you excuse this message reminder.  Thank you.
